Here are the different statuses (with intermediate levels): Bronze (from 6 recharged credits) - Silver (300 C) - Gold (1200 C) - Diamond (12000 C) - The ultimate level being 300.000 recharged credits.
For the rules in detail: just go to your account / DreamCard & VIP / then Help in the left column.
The little crown above your nickname corresponds well to your VIP status (for my part it is sometimes grey for Silver, the next day it is blue or VIP Gold and it comes back grey the Next day. Strange!!!!!!!)
