I won a sponsorship prize and I can't do anything with it (the status is uninformed, I can't redeem them for points) and this for almost 2 weeks. It seems that we have to wait for MadWin to validate them 🤪

the Referer immediately has the prize credited to his account in the winnings. You can redeem it for mpoints. Prizes purchased are not valid. You have to win them in a draw.
