Here I want to close my account because I am fed up with the advertising emails I receive through MadWin.
The problem is that I've been walking around and I can't find a Mode fence it off. Just like when I receive emails I tick: no more receiving, well there's no Mode, I always receive them and it's really painful.
If anyone can tell me how to do this, I sincerely thank them.
Well no later than the 24th, I received "My worst holidays by DreamCentury" for easy travel... but thanks to your message, I solved the enigma, going, for once, at the very bottom of the message to click on the little "unsubscribe"... and it led me to a MadLotto page.
So it is with my MadLotto account on which there is no vip status that I received the ads... anyway I am now normally unsubscribed!!!! :D
concerning the sending of e-mails, it is necessary to distinguish between newsletters and advertising offers. Newsletters are informative e-mails about our own games: you receive them because you agreed to receive them when you registered. Advertising offers are e-mails containing advertising unrelated to DreamCentury games. Indeed, VIPs are exempt from receiving these emails. Cricri04, if you receive any, it is indeed not normal and I apologize to you: next time, can you tell me about it and tell me what offer you received?
Last but not least: in any case, you can unsubscribe from e-mails, newsletters and advertising by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of all our e-mails.
I actually receive about 1 email per week, not really advertising, rather a newsletter. I read it, I delete it. It's nothing compared to other more regular emails. For some sites, it is 1 mail per day minimum!
Yes, just contact customer service via your account interface.
Besides, it seems to me that in the vip benefits, it is marked that we should no longer receive commercial emails when we are vip... and I don't think that's the case (because I get some...)
Good evening! It would be a shame to leave MadWin, even if you don't play it often. Then, if it's your choice, and let's respect it, send an email to customer service! See you soon
