You must have at least the DreamCard Silver to be able to exchange Prizes for madpoints. If not, your prize will be validated and sent. If you already have the same DVD, you can please someone you know.

When a prize sent to Canada, we do our best to Confirm you the Canadian version. If we are unable to provide you with the Canadian product, Customer Service will eventually offer you an equivalent product. Otherwise, the prize will be refunded to you in Points.
