good evening, I've been noticing bugs on some games for a while now. (mainly during the challenges because I do a lot of them.) Personally, I use linux, and it is possible that there are some problems with this operating system... But I don't know if I'm the only one ?. I post here because when I contact customer service they ask me for screenshots. (which for me do not solve the problems or are impossible to take: for example on the bubble war challenges the gauge is at the max, so bonus, and suddenly goes down, and ... we start again from the start, or on parimots where after the gauge to the max, no bonus is added.)
I only play with free rounds!I got tired of being eaten by credits because of a bug!it's June 13th, between June 1st and today, there was only June 12th when I didn't have a problem! in other words in credit mode I would have lost at least 12 in 13 days! no thanks!
Good evening, 3/4 of the time my remarks are taken into account and I try as best as possible to be clear in my descriptions of bugs encountered. But all the same, it's still annoying when you play a "good Round " that the bonuses don't add up. The challenges (paying or not) are still quite expensive for our luck or way of Play are taken into account . I always encounter the same bugs personally, and some, when I am asked for a screenshot again (I still don't understand how it Help if there are several of us complaining about the same bug, or I'm the exception I don't know! :D) are impossible to prove. (like the bubble war gauge which starts again at 0 when you should be touching a ball, a lever, etc.) And during this time you lose either money or Points . And we must always try to prove it, without necessarily being reimbursed. (for proof 50 Points reimbursed out of 1000 on a parimots challenge , when you know how important the bonuses are in these Rounds ...)
We are working on the bugs that are reported to us, but it is indeed Customer Service that you should contact. Your remarks are clearly taken into consideration and always passed on to the technical team.
Good evening, I'm a little tired of losing points and money without a season. Contacting customer service is one thing, but could we have even one answer from the web to our questions? I'm a polite, reasonable and kind person, but I've just been caught up in a paid challenge with a gauge that starts at 0..... and now I confess that I appreciate this site but I'd like to either barely consider it or, fabulously, have it resolved (and without addressing the customer service who is very competitive, but doesn't have all the work to do?) cordially.
Hello everyone I often get 200 wrong when awarding points. Almost every time I report it to customer service who regularizes the points ( average on the game). They advised me to delete cookies, browsing account history, which I do regularly and yet the pb still remains.
